Great Oaks Kids

A fun and encouraging environment for your children to learn about Jesus.

We offer kids ministry for ages 3 months to 3rd grade during our Sunday services. We are committed to providing a safe and positive experience for your child. Our Sunday classes include an activity, a Bible lesson, singing and a snack.

If you are a first time visitor, we have volunteers who will welcome you and help your child register for the age appropriate classroom. You can also pre-register your child to help the check-in process go smoothly on Sunday.

Connection Groups

We want to help you find belonging and friendship at Great Oaks. Connection Groups are one of the key ways we do that! Our groups meet in the evening throughout the week in homes. Each week you can expect the opportunity to get to know people, a time of prayer and opening the Bible to apply God's word to our lives.

Equipping Classes

Each semester we offer equipping classes to help you deepen you understanding of the Bible and grow in your faith. Our classes are also an opportunity to get to know more people as we learn together in community. Throughout the year we will offer classes on a variety of topics such as theology, practical living and studying books of the Bible.

Gospel 101

January 26-March 2

Great Oaks Church at Mankato Christian Academy

Gospel 101 is a 6-week class that we will offer from January 26-March 2 on Sunday mornings at 11:00am. If you have ever wondered "What is the Gospel?" or how to I talk about my faith with my friends, then this class is for you! The class is $10 which covers the cost of Gospel 101 by Jeff Dodge. Sign up by January 19!
