A bit about Paul & Tammy

Before coming to Great Oaks Church, our lead pastor, Paul Bradford, planted a church in Holland, Michigan where he was also a leader in the community among local churches.  Paul is married to Tammy. Together they have four great children. During his time off Paul enjoys dinner with Tammy, being out of doors, and  spending time with family and friends.

Paul was born in Texas and raised in Oklahoma. He earned his Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, his Masters of Divinity from Western Theological Seminary in Holland, Michigan, and his Doctor of Ministry from King’s Seminary in Van Nuys, California, where he has served as an adjunct professor.

Tammy was born and raised in Flint, Michigan. She earned her Bachelors of Music Education with emphasis in piano and voice from Central Michigan University.  She has taught choral music in Public, Christian and Charter Schools. Tammy currently has about two 

dozen private piano students. In addition, she has many responsibilities as she partners with Paul in this grand church planting adventure!

A: Apple pie a la mode. Mmm.

A: I read a good book, spend time out of doors, or best of all, do my weekly date with Tammy.

Q: What's the craziest thing you've ever done?

A: Left behind all my security as the lead pastor of an established congregation to start Great Oaks Church!
